After running my business on 5 different email marketing platforms, I’ve decided to put together this Builderall autoresponder review to give you more information about this software and how it compares to other platforms.
To be honest, this was an email marketing platform that I wasn’t quite sure I was going to like but was absolutely floored when I actually started comparing it to the other email services available.

What is MailingBoss?
So, if you’ve heard of Builderall, it’s essentially a company almost like a hodgepodge of different tools that you’re going to need to be successful online.

And now MailingBoss. They have a huge number of other tools and I’ll get into those in just a minute.
So essentially what this is, it’s just a smaller component of the overall offering that comes with Builderall. It is a competing tool for other companies like AWeber, GetResponse, MailerLite, MailChimp, and so on.
If you look right now, what we’re seeing is the dashboard for MailingBoss and every single dashboard across all these platforms; and I have gone through all of them, the dashboards tend to be a little bit different.
The UI seemed to be a little bit different. They take a little bit of a learning curve that’s to be expected.
However, the functionality here is essentially identical to the other services I’ve tried.
MailingBoss Features
Builderall MailingBoss is very advanced email marketing software that allows you to:
You also have detailed reports, the ability to schedule emails, and integration with really advanced Builderall CRM.
So, it’s actually a rather robust platform. But those aren’t really the biggest keys for why I think it’s a solid tool, because if you think about all the other autoresponders, they all kind of offer that.
They allow list management, they allow automation. Not that special, right?
Well, that’s true.
So, what sets this apart from the competition?
The biggest reason I’m really huge on MailingBoss over these other email marketing platforms is that it’s a piece of the bundled product that you get with Builderall.
What I mean by that with Builderall, you’re not just getting the autoresponder, you’re getting access to multiple Builderall tools and features.
Integrated Website Builder
Builderall Cheetah is one of the best website builders and it’s integrated with the Builderall autoresponder MailingBoss.
Meaning you can directly build your email list from your website or sales funnels with no additional lead capturing tools.

All is drag and drop so it is super easy to use even with no technical skills.

Also, you’re getting a funnel builder, you get unlimited hosting, you get membership sites you can build and on and on and on.
And you can do a huge amount of things with this, is just insane to include with an autoresponder.
MailingBoss Deliverability
The next reason that I really have learned to appreciate MailingBoss fully didn’t expect this. The deliverability is just insane compared to other email marketing providers.
Email deliverability is critical when you’re doing any form of email marketing, you want to make sure that your emails actually reach the inbox and not the spam box, promotion box or anything like that.
I recently tested all other platforms; AWeber, MailerLite, MailChimp.
I did not get to test GetResponse because they don’t allow you to test with third parties which I find very suspicious. I don’t like that at all.
But when I tested the other ones with Mail Tester, they were anywhere from 9.5 up to 9.8 with tweaking.
Meaning adding the DKim and SPF records, doing everything I could. I still couldn’t quite get that perfect 10 scores.
So where exactly does MailingBoss fall in all these?
Well, when I send out a test email, and I checked the score.
And here we go.
What do you see?
10 out of 10. What the heck!
Changed nothing. I set up no DKim record, no SPF record. This was straight out of the box with MailingBoss.
I’ve never gotten a 10 out of 10 with the other products. This blows my mind.
The deliverability of Aweber was a 9.8, MailChimp I think was a 9.5 and for free MailerLite, I think was a 9.7, which is pretty good.
But you did have to set up the DKim and SPF records, which can be a bit of a pain. Not a big fan of having to do that.
And MailingBoss does it for me for free like I don’t have to do anything. I just connect my domain to Builderall and suddenly everything’s good to go.
And I’m getting 10 out of 10 on my deliverability?
Insane. Totally, totally gets my vote here.

MailngBoss Pricing
So, with that, the first thing I look at is price. but if we take a look at the Builderall pricing, the most important thing with Builderall you can have:
So Builderall free plan allows you to have up to 1000 subscribers. That’s pretty significant.
The reason I say that significant is if you look at some of the leading competitors like AWeber, 5,000 subscribers come up to $49 a month.
So, I don’t know what to tell you. The deliverability is there, the pricing is there. You get massive features like funnels. I don’t understand why people are bagging on MailingBoss.
For example, AWeber is more expensive and it doesn’t have the same added features like funnel building.
GetResponse is going to be the same. We’re looking at $45 a month for 5,000 subscribers. Again, it’s a big jump from what is offered with Builderall which leads us to the next point.
MailingBoss vs GetResponse
GetResponse incorporating an automated sales funnel creator. They’re attempting to compete and to be honest, they do a very good job.
And, you’re starting to see these other autoresponder companies trying to come out with new added features to match what platforms like Builderall are already providing.
You do get a sales funnel but you only get one on their basic plan for $49 a month.
Whereas you get unlimited funnels with Builderall.
So the price is high, it has funnels, but the deliverability is very sketchy and it’s overpriced compared to MailingBoss.
If you’re seeing people that were saying MailinBoss was garbage and they were like, “oh, go GetResponse.”
Well, look, GetResponse doesn’t even allow you to test deliverability. I don’t even know what their deliverability is like because they only allow you to test with your own email addresses.
What good is that?
That’s shady as hell to me. I don’t like that.
You’re going to see a lot of gurus out there saying, go with AWeber, go with GetResponse. And I’m going to show you why that’s absolute BS.
They tell you that because they get a high commission off of it. They don’t tell you that because it’s a solid product.
As I walk you through this, you’re going to start to see exactly why I believe this is a great product, and you can always try it out for free and see if it works for you.
And if it doesn’t, then who cares, you’re not out any money. I think you’ll be pretty surprised, especially with some of the things I’m about to show you.
MailingBoss vs Mailchimp
MailChimp doesn’t have a lot to offer here, in my opinion.
They try to make it look more than it is and I’m just pretty disappointed. They do have landing pages, which could essentially be a bit of a website builder, but it’s really not quite there.
If we look at something like MailChimp. I am not a fan of MailChimp, and I’m going to really honestly start to blast them over time. I’m really not happy with the things that they’ve been doing.
You’re going to see these prices and think, “That’s pretty good, $10 a month.
So, if we look at the $10 a month plan, we’re talking 50,000 contacts, basically subscribers to your list.
And that seems really, really good.
Except if you look at the next row, we see the number 3 ,
And what does this “3” mean?
This 3 is the audiences.
What this means is essentially you’re talking about three campaigns. That’s not that much.
All the other services are offering essentially unlimited campaigns with having three campaigns or audiences.
When you have three audiences, that means those 50,000 subscribers can only exist across those three different lists.
If you’re a single list maintainer, meaning you’re a small business, you’re going to have maybe 500-1000 subscribers on your list. This might work for you.
So the trick here is that they really limit your functionality. And yes, overall it’s a cheaper price per subscriber, but it really doesn’t work especially if you’re a marketer.
If you’re somebody who has multiple lists, this is really not going to be the way to go.
MailChimp, well, they’re just butchering their own platform. I don’t know what they’re doing. My advice is to stay way away from them. They used to be my free choice. Not anymore.
They just don’t do a good job with their free plan. They broke it quite some time ago and it’s just nowhere near as effective anymore.
So, If you’re looking for something a little bit better than a thousand subscribers and multiple lists, then I think that MailingBoss will not disappoint. I have been very pleasantly surprised.
Is MailingBoss Worth It?
So, there you have it. That is my quick rundown of the Builderall autoresponder MailingBoss review.
Hopefully, you have enough to go on to at least give MailingBoss a shot.
I think you’ll be happy; I certainly am, I was not expecting to be.
Like me, you’re probably very skeptical and this should give you enough to take a look. It’s the cheapest, it’s got the highest deliverability and it has a crazy amount of things to add to it, including a funnel builder which you don’t need to use something like ClickFunnels.
